A Delaware federal judge overseeing a patent and antitrust dispute between Nokia Corp. and Apple Inc. over wireless and other technologies on Wednesday denied Nokia`s bid to stay Apple`s patent allegations as well as Apple`s attempts to trim Nokia`s claims.
A federal judge has declined to combine four cases in Apple Inc.`s epic patent dispute with Nokia Corp. and HTC Corp.
Apple Inc. has thrown another jab in its epic patent fight with Nokia Corp., launching breach of contract, antitrust, invalidity and other counterclaims that accuse the Finnish cell phone maker of copying and using its iPhone-related technologies.
